Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

I am a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) providing EPCs for the residental market. I provide EPCs for rental properties and for those properties that are going on the market for sale. I work within South Gloucestershire and the surrounding area. I have 25 years experience of inspecting older private sector houses particularly those in the private rented sector. I therefore have extensive experience in working with both landlords and tenants and understand the sensitivity needed when working in this field. I have lived and worked in South Gloucestershire and the surrounding area throughout this time so am familiar with the local type of property construction. I am happy to work with local estate agents, letting agents, solicitors or with landlords or home owners direct and aim to provide a good quality local service for those in the local community who need an EPC for their property.
