I provide EPCs for rental properties and for those properties that are going on the market for sale. I work within South Gloucestershire and the surrounding area. I have 25 years experience of inspecting older private sector houses particularly those in the private rented sector. I therefore have extensive experience in working with both landlords and tenants and understand the sensitivity needed when working in this field. I have lived and worked in South Gloucestershire and the surrounding area throughout this time so am familiar with the local type of property construction.
